Indianapolis, IN (August 13, 2015) – OneJet, the new air transportation network that provides increased access to nonstop travel in small and medium-size markets, has added Nashville, Tennessee as a new destination city to its growing network. OneJet flights from Indianapolis International Airport (IND) and Nashville International Airport (BNA) will be available for purchase beginning August 13, 2015, for operation starting on September 8, 2015. Nashville joins a growing list of cities from Indianapolis offering OneJet service, including Milwaukee, Pittsburgh, and Memphis, all introduced earlier this year.
Confirming Successful Pilot Program, New Air Transportation Network to Select Additional Focus and Destination Cities in the Coming Months
Indianapolis, IN (August 6, 2015) – OneJet, the new air transportation network that provides increased access to nonstop travel in small and medium size markets, today confirms plans to announce a second “focus” city, the first step in a multi-phase expansion following a successful product introduction earlier this year. OneJet will begin to announce new destinations from its current focus city of Indianapolis beginning August 12th (from which it currently serves Milwaukee, Pittsburgh, and Memphis) and plans to confirm the selection of its second focus city on or before September 15th.
Memphis – OneJet today announced that it will add Memphis to its growing regional travel network with the start of nonstop service from Indianapolis to Memphis scheduled to begin June 22nd. Flights will be offered Monday through Thursday, featuring expedited boarding, TSA Pre✓ access for eligible customers and complimentary on board amenities.
Nonstop Milwaukee-Pittsburgh to begin May 4th, Indianapolis-Pittsburgh to begin May 11th
Indianapolis – (Apr 24, 2015) – OneJet today announced that it will expand its network of nonstop air travel service with the addition of two routes beginning in May: Nonstop service from Milwaukee’s General Mitchell International Airport (MKE) to Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) is scheduled to begin May 4th and nonstop service from Indianapolis International Airport (IND) to Pittsburgh is set to begin May 11th. The new flights follow OneJet’s April 6th commencement of service between Milwaukee and Indianapolis.
Leading MIT research engineer to serve alongside MIT Chancellor Cynthia Barnhart
Cambridge, MA - OneJet today announced the appointment of William Swelbar to its executive advisory team for network composition and management. Mr. Swelbar, a Research Engineer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s International Center for Air Transportation, will serve in this capacity alongside MIT colleague, Chancellor Cynthia Barnhart.
